Creating a Configured Template

To create a Configured Template: 

1. In the side bar, select Connect Reporting > Reporting.

The TEMPLATES tab of the Reporting page (see Figure 1) lists your Report Templates.

Tip:  

To filter the contents of the table, clickFilter table, enter a string in a filter field, and press ENTER.

Tip:  

To delete a Configured Template, select the template's check box and click Delete.

2. In the Template Name column, select a Report Template.

A Report opens in the workspace.

3. At the top of the workspace, complete all of the filter fields by entering the desired values for the new Configured Template, and then click Submit.

A new Report opens with the query results generated by the new filter values.

Tip:  

If no filter fields are visible, select Show Filters.

4. Click Save.
5. In the Save dialog, enter a Title and Description for the Configured Template, and then click Save.

The new Configured Template is added to the CONFIGURED TEMPLATES tab.
